It’s that time of year when we start to organise the annual get together for all our franchisees (your Local Trophy Nutritional Advisors). We hold our conference just after Christmas each year, where we celebrate our achievements, talk about our plans for the forthcoming year and hand out franchise awards to our top achievers. With this in mind we are once again looking to award The Trophy Customer Service Award to the best franchisee in this category – and for this I need your input. I know one of the main reasons you use Trophy (apart from our excellent British pet foods) is the individual customer service you receive. To receive this award your local Trophy Nutritional Advisor / Franchisee needs you to vote for them! If you feel that your local Trophy Nutritional Advisor is the one for this award then please vote for them.
