It’s the FINAL COUNTDOWN…well not completely, but it’s getting REALLY close!!! As you all know, the DEADLINE for all ENTRY FORMS is MONDAY, NOV. 11th which is just around the CORNER!!! We currently have 54 trees entered & have plenty of room (with our HUGE space at Foster’s) to accept more entries, so please don’t delay! A reminder about set-up days & times: Children’s Group tree set-up (Exclusively for any youth group that’s coming with more than 3 children) - Sunday December 1st – 11:00am-2:00pm. General Public tree set-up - Monday December 2nd & Tuesday December 3rd – 10:00am-7:00pm. A reminder about days & times that the FOFT is open: Thursday December 5th, Friday December 6th, Saturday December 7th 10:00am-8:00pm, Sunday December 8th – 10:00am-4:00pm, Raffle @ 4:15pm with calls placed 6:00pm-9:00pm, Pick-up of ALL trees Monday, December 9th between 8:00am-11:00am. A reminder about gift certificates: If your tree will have any Gift Certificates, Gift Cards, Passes, Scratch Tickets, Etc., Please provide a copy to place on the tree, originals are held for the winner! We still have volunteer opportunities for anyone who’d like to sell raffle tickets or explain how the raffle works, just let me know & we’ll find you a spot!
