Ive about had it with this stinkin aging thing!!! I dont have time for it and it gets in my WAY!! Between my low back, upper back, hip joints, knee joints, and numbness in my hands/fingers, I want to scream! I have GrandAngels to cart around, play whiffle ball and basketball with. I want to paint and jazz up more walls for my kiddos! I want to become a pro with a screw drill. I want to continue to go junkin and load up the Burb! I want to be able to sit in the bleachers and not get up humped over, as if I were 80 years old. I want to have the ability to get up at 6 am and go all day and into the eve without hurting!! Damn it! So, Yoga....here I come. Who will join me??? Until then, Ill keep the Ibuprofen, heating pad, and frozen corn (ice pack) ready!
