Ive already been asked a few times so here it is ---> YOU WANT IOS8?? Cant get it because its too big? Not enough space etc.? Before you start deleting everything youve ever saved, theres a very easy solution: Sync your iPhone or iPad to the computer and download iOS 8 directly from there. This wont suck up any space on your device, and you can manually transfer the new software back to your device. Updating via your PC or Mac is more reliable way to upgrade, versus OTA (over-the-air), which is performed directly on the device. REMEMBER: If youre taking this route, be sure to select check for update when the prompt pops up on iTunes — not restore iPhone. The latter option will indeed wipe all content from your device!! If youre worried about losing DATA remember - ALWAYS BACKUP FIRST BEFORE RESTORING OR INSTALLING A NEW IOS!! You can back up through iCloud under setting or by plugging into itunes via USB on your computer.
