Ive always been an active person.. UNTIL I got pregnant with my first child. I looked at being pregnant as an excuse to lay around, get huge, and eat everything.. You basically lose it after having the baby anyway, right? Not true! Lol.. I gained over 90 pounds with my first child, lost 30 of it and a year later found myself preggers again with my baby girl, gained those thirty pounds back. After having Claire I decided I had to make a change not only for me but for my children. For the past 4 months or so Ive been eating healthy, exercising at home and going to Zumba classes as often as possible. Now, 57 pounds down I feel so much better, more energized, and am starting to feel more like myself! Not where I want to be but working hard to get there! Love the motivation from SS! Thanks a bunch!!
