Ive always been very sensitive to other peoples energies, and suspect that I receive unwanted energy, attacks, or that I do not know how to block my centers effectively without compromising my empath abilities. I have also been disturbed by very lucid, severe nightmares for many years. A lot of times there is no rhyme or reason to them. Ive been through counseling and am currently in a fine state of mind.
