Ive always had my Lexus Is serviced at the Lexus dealer, I love their service and very competitive prices, never much more than what i would expect from another regular mechanic, plus the customer service is amazing!! This week, my 07 Is model, needed a few things done, one of them was having the oil changed, needed new back brakes, etc. The point to my story, is that they gave me a loaner for the weekend (which I always something I appreciate and love about Lexus), this time they gave me a brand new ES350, I have to say Im impressed, its such a beautiful looking car. Before this model, I thought they where just making a souped up Toyota Camry/Avalon, but I think this year they did a great job to improve it. Kudos, LOVE LEXUS, Ill be a customer forever!
