Ive always loved these guys. But this is their best one yet. WOW. And to my guitar/bass playing friends: Take a good look at the necks of these cellos... No, youre not mistaken, there are no frets. When I got my cello (no I dont play, life had other plans for me), my height and body structure only lowed for a 3/4 size to begin with. I thought at least with a beginner cello Id get frets. Nope. From day ONE of studying the cello, you ear train. So, random fact, if youre aiming to learn perfect pitch--which yes, IS possible through remembering one single note and ear training with intervals--remember that taking up the cello is another option for fine tuning. And yes, pun intended :)
