Ive been 100% wheat free for 7 days. Sugar free for 7 days and most of the worst of the withdrawal symptoms have passed. Still a tad grouchy but the headaches have mostly gone. Working on caffeine now - been reducing caffeine the last few days by replacing some regular coffee with decaf each day: 9 scoops reg, 1 scoop decaf on day one; 8 scoops reg, 2 decaf on day two; etc. Im at 5/5 as of today so should be caffeine free by the weekend. #sofarsogood
