Ive been a viewer of our Congress for a number of years & it never ceases to amaze me with idiosyncratic shenanigans they do & call governing it our Country. Ive tried to analyze the way they govern, but for the life of me there is no rhyme or reason that can explain our representatives of the people governing our Country. Since the Civil Rights Act of 1964, there has not been any major laws enacted that concern humanity in our country! Wait, what about Medicare? Well all Medicare represents is to subsidize big business. Take away Billions in coverage responsibilities away large companies & place the cost back on the people who retired from their jobs & now had to pay income tax on their retirement, SSN & a new tax on a different medical plan that now only payed 80%. Wait Ive omitted another, Obamacare! Another boondoggle that we dont know what that will cost us yet! Have you ever noticed that they, both sides of the isle, are always throwing darts at one & another, and oh, the fights withs words in the halls of Congress that happen on a daily basis? Think about all the things that separate our own little special interest groups! We are all trying to get to the trough for our portion of all that is doled out. Each group is catered to but to keep all of us in a fit, some crazy things are done or said to keep all of us at each others throat, while the deals are made in the dark side of our government. Ive decided that all of this mess that we call our government is noting more than the old WRESTLING TWO STEP! Where each week there is always somebody that gets a supposed butt whipping with all the blood & gore that goes along with it! I know in the old days these supposed enemies even traveled together & lived together until the next show. They increased the attendance at the venues they played & got the crowds into a fevered pitch to return next week for the killing. Our congress uses that same ruse to keep all of us at a fevered pitch to get our turn at the trough. This may all be simplistic, but really think about it!
