Ive been asked today where is the next instalment of the booty building exercises so here is exercise three in the booty building series, the cable pull through. This exercise requires you to be able to perform a hip hinge movement which is relatively hard to explain on this post so maybe some other time I will explain that in more detail. The most important point in the exercise is pushing the hips backwards keeping your back straight with a slight bend in the knees. As you push backwards you should be lowering your chest towards the floor simultaneously. It isnt very clear on the video but the attachment used is the rope attachment usually used for tricep press downs. You want to set the pulley at the lowest point and step forwards to create some resistance on the machine before starting your reps. I like to use higher reps on this exercise especially as it can become quite painful on the hands as the weight increases. You should be able to try this exercise at any gym really so go give it a try. See you tomorrow for the next part
