Ive been at my job for almost 17years and NOW mgmt. Has a problem with how I dress. They have implemented a new dress code and its actually because of me and for me that they are doing this. Its too bad the other employees have to suffer for how I dress, but they want to dictate what I should and shouldnt wear to work. Apparently Im not professional looking and dress too ethnic or too urban. They dont even want us wearing shorts anymore. They are continuing their attempts to control me. No one has ever had a problem with how I dress in all these years. IM ANGRY!!!
