Ive been avoiding a serious issue, but upcoming on the 11th, Ill have to face this head on and Im truly not sure what to do for this one. As some of you know, William is being held in jail on a charge of a third degree felony. My heart is extremely heavy, because at the end of the day, basically his fate rests in my hands. That hurts. Just as life was about to be perfect, bam hes gone, just like that, no notice. All this after I had finally given in, we were going to save our money to fly to California, so he could regain his pro surfer status again with his sponsor. This was our plan, as he wanted to help me buy the house I want so badly, just stepping foot in Cali, was going to give me the amount needed to put down on the home and get approved for the mortgage, that in turn, would benefit thousands of good people in the future. The next night, poof, my dream gone, and its been so awful lonely since. Then, through the grapevine, I find out he was on suicide watch. Im sorry, but in jail, suicide watch is a fate worse than the real hell, thats punishment enough. Ive done my best in at least gathering his friends, lets hope they are able to show up in support on the day of the arraignment. Sorry it worked out like it has, but the States pressing the charges. Its been explained he could receive anywhere from time served of 6 months in county, or possibly up to 14 years in prison. I dont think itd be fair for him to be detained so long, so please send him some prayers, he needs them.
