Ive been battling with the ignorance on my job for quite sometime now!!!! I feel like people in their respective places shouldnt be discussing you with other employees when they have your number on a list whenever they need to get in touch with you so Im missing it. I go to work and when I arrive I speak out of respect because I have just walked in the building and I dont speak unless im spoken to because you never know who might secretly dislike you that day. I hold on to this because it pays the bills and it take care of my kids. At the end of the day whomever was discussing me at work today the only thing you good at is talking about me and trying to through me under the bus why so much hate I dont get hours & I have to pick up the slack of every individual I work with but everybody in MCdonalds getting raises but me. Keep putting your mouth on me my god gone fix ya because I am so tired of confronting yall when I know its in ya blood..
