Ive been called feminist so many times just because I talk to favour of women and defend our rights. If standing for the rights that Allah gave me and are written in the Quran is being feminist, then Im a feminist and proud. And Islam too! I (and other women) wouldnt do this if men would follow Islam as it is, without picking up what benefits them and ignoring what doesnt. Men are our protectors, its written in the Quran, but if now they are our enemies, do you pretend we sit here and watch how they abuse us? NO. I will stand up for what is right, even if Im alone. What is wrong is wrong (haram) even if everyone is doing it and what is right is right (halal) even if no one is doing it I wont change myself to please your desires and your man-made laws. Wallahy I will never submit to any man. My submission is to Allah alone until I take my last breathe. Amin.
