Ive been carefully tracking calorie intake vs. exercise. Turns out I need to eat 1300 calories AND do Bikram Yoga or hour of aerobic exercise to consistently lose weight. WebMD states: an active woman 45 years old needs 2,000 (also for 30 to 60 minutes of exercise each day). I know everyone has different metabolism, but it really was an eye-opener to take the time to track everything and find what I needed to do.
