Ive been challenged by my cousin, Karen Chern to post 3 positive thoughts per day for 7 days. Here goes Day 1 1. I am grateful to have recently come back from the trip of a lifetime in South Africa thanks to the generosity of my sister, Rhonda Sanderson. My life is changed forever because of it. 2. I am so happy to be healthy enough to own a fitness business that I feel passionate about. 3. thanks to my friend Bill Garcia who project managed my entire moving situation soup to nuts this summer.
