Ive been diggin this move lately. Its called a Spider Crunch. Come into a plank position and bring your right foot to your right hand (or as far as you can come) then repeat on the left side. You can switch sides at a faster pace which I show you for a few seconds. Try not to allow your low back to dip. Hold tight just like a plank. You really should land flat footed however this was my 4th set SS with reverse crunches so I was fatigued. Excellent for the core, back, shoulders and obliques. Give these a try and enjoy!
