Ive been doing Bottom Position Front Squats a lot lately, because sometimes my knees dont like the turnaround at the bottom. Oddly, today, coming up felt crappy w/ my left knee, but coming down felt fine. Loaded up for this 300lbx1 Negative Only Front Squat, felt good and solid all the way down, and stable at the bottom. Looking forward to being able to stand up with this soon. 300x1 is the most I have been able to do since I tore my meniscus 4/5 yrs ago, Ive only done it 2-3 times in all that time.
