Ive been doing some writing. Heres a sample: A Note on Mature Love Most of us only know immature love. We love others because they give us benefits. When the benefits end, the love dissipates and vanishes. The first step in mature love is to keep loving someone when the benefits stop. Love only reaches maturity when you keep loving someone when the benefits stop and turn to negatives. This is why Yahoshua exhorts us to bless those who curse us, and do good to those who mistreat us. To be Christ-like is to keep giving benefits to those who would kill us and nail us in a tree. Mature love keeps giving, serving and forgiving no matter the circumstances. It is only when we love maturely that we are like the father.
