Ive been enjoying the TV show on FX inspired by Joel and Ethan The Coen Brotherss film Fargo, also called Fargo, but its becoming cliched and turning into cheap pastiche. Did you like William H. Macy as a stuttering, half-a-man in over his head? Watch as Martin Freeman plays the same character. Remember how Peter Stormares character barely spoke? Well, weve got a bad guy whos deaf! Recall that scene when Marge Gunderson went to Minneapolis to investigate a malfeasance and stopped to visit an old high school friend who liked to lie? In our version, the dogged female cop goes to St. Paul for the exact same scene, but with a female friend. Remember how much Jerry Lundegaard said real good a whole lot, yeah, sure, you betcha? Well, Lester Nygard says it even more!
