Ive been hacked. Again. This is the fourth time in almost 2 months. To make a long story short, some files got damaged. 11 files total have been hacked and damaged. But only those files. Come to find out, the ONLY files that got hacked were my files related to Socialism or Socialist construction projects in places like the DPRK. Now, I had the files duplicated on an external drive beforehand just in case, but its still weird. My book also got hacked again, and if it werent for the backup files I would have lost it as well. As far as I know, its only those files that were affected. But my computer is fine. Operating system is doing pretty well; I checked Windows task manager. I ran anti-virus software and performed system 32 checks... I changed my password and info on all email addresses... I ran them as an administrator... in older versions... etc., etc.. But thats been all. Luckily it was just that. Anything that is important or super DPRK-ish I keep separate, usually offline. Its too risky, especially if I want to be in law enforcement someday (which is a career goal). I should encrypt this stuff. Theres been no record of the virus, aside from the damaged files. If this keeps happening I dont know what Ill do.
