Ive been having a good couple of days. First off, my ring came in today, sized and everything. D, S13, 1/3 carat, princess cut, Shadow didnt tell me about the money part (nor do I want to know) aside from hell be on a payment plan for a few months. Its beautiful. Tiny, cause Im used to fake jewelry, but beautiful. I met with my nutritionist today and it went well, I got some guidelines I can live with in the short term, and some things to think about for the long term. I met with my surgeon the day before yesterday, it also went fairly well. My teeth.....oh my teeth. The pain yesterday was really bad, for some odd reason. Cant imagine why. Might have something to do with all the root canals. Maybe, who knows? Anyway Ive started carrying a baggie with ambesol and q-tips in my purse everywhere I go.....and, for some reason, today was a mostly pain free day. It started when I woke up and extended to now, still feeling good. Im a junkie for online coupons etc, and we cashed in a good one for a restaurant called Not your average Joes tonight. I had to steer clear of sugar and hard-to-chew foods, of course, but they make a mean soup and Shadow loved his meal, plus it was nice to just go out on a date with my boyfriend without having to worry or think about anything. The cats seem hyper and happy, and none has killed each other yet. Desi may have found The House which means The In-Law Apartment is close to hand for us, which is just awesome, thats one step closer to Shadow having the family he wants, both through babysitting and via me having someone to talk me through it if I ever do get pregnant. It also means we get to leave The Psychos in new beford (and meet all new psychos somewhere else!) All in all, good things are good things. Look! Jason French and Krystal Doucette just hooked up! Hooray for love! All good things. :)
