Ive been having a lot of questions about my thoughts on sunscreen. My answer? 1) Get some sun--between 10 and 2, expose yourself to 15-20 minutes of good sun for Vitamin D production 2) Ignore the skin cancer scare tactics--keep yourself under the burn threshold and sun exposure is great for you. 3) When long-exposures will happen, use a non-toxic sunscreen (I usually lube up my ears and face right away and only screen my arms and legs if Ill be exposed for over 30 minutes)
