Ive been in a Fibro Flare since last Friday accompanied by an upper respiratory infection. After Saturday and Sundays chills, pain and fatigue so bad I couldnt turn over, the last 2 days have given me strength every few hours to read my emails and Pinterest. My mind is still in a fog so concentration is difficult. But this is all normal for me NOV - FEB every year. Ill keep checking in when I can.
