Ive been in church basically my whole life. My problem is that Ive sometimes gotten caught up in the whole denomination thing in church. Ive been hesitant to go to a church because it was a different denomination from what I may have been attending at the time. That being said, I am extremely proud that Tia and I decided to start attending Mt Pleasant Methodist church. Its the first Methodist church Ive ever attended in my life and there are several things I dont totally agree with. Its the people there that won me over. You guys have welcomed us and made us feel as if we have been there the whole time. What you all did for us today touched my heart like youll never know. Tia and I are so very thankful for all of you. Ive never been to a more loving and supportive church than this and after my last experience this is exactly what God knew I needed. Tia and I are so grateful and overwhelmed. I promise as soon as things get normal again I will get more involved. We love and appreciate you all.
