Ive been in drug court 20 months and made the decision to ua after work instead of before. Got off at 4:15 and remembered I had to ua as I was peeing.you have til 5pm to go in and ua so I drank two big glasses of water so I could pee and it was diluted. I know everyone on the drug court team and in my life know Im not using.But I should have done as I always do and u.a. before work. People keep asking if all the work Ive done in the last 20 months was a waste Absolutely NOT in twenty months I figured out Im worth more than that life. When I started my family looked down on me and didnt want me around (dont blame them) my visits were taken completely away and phone calls werent even allowed. I was at rock bottom and still digging.. drug court gave me the tools and resources to make a change!! Im extremely lost and upset because I was very into the program and took it seriously and thought Id for sure graduate. Im kinda scared.. Ive belonged to this program for so long it feels weird to not be apart of it. This is definitely changing my path.. I just pray its a good one Im not sure how much bad I can take.
