Ive been informed by a security guard making rounds at the Wyndham hotel on Pecan St. that my work bike is a target for theft. I locked up my bike as I always do to make a delivery, two guys came up to it and checked it out, and left right before I got to it. They then came back a few minutes later but I had been gone by then and one of them had a chain cutter. Im not pointing fingers and though he gave a brief description of the guys, given the location I have an idea of who may be involved. NEVER leave your bike unattended without some form of security lock. My bikes arent all flashy and are a bit unassuming, but Ive spent some money in modding them to my taste for them to be quickly snapped in seconds and possibly gone forever. No one should have to want to steal anything and its VERY VERY low of someone to steal a bike.
