Ive been interested in flowfit for quite a while and have tried a number of the movements in the earlier flows, which are largely from yoga and MMA. I have just performed 10 full sequences in 11 minutes of level 3 (follow the link for the video of someone else performing the flow). I think these sequences performed carefully with correct form can be great for improving mobility, coordination, strength, and when performed for long enough, endurance.
