Ive been keeping pretty mum about this, but when RuPaul said we (pointed towards transwomen from a gay cis male) need to get stronger about getting upset of his continual use of the word tranny, I have to say something. Now, I do throw it around among my friends in an affectionate manner, but when I get called tranny, shemale, a man, or whatever in a derogatory sense, it hurts my feelings. Im trying to be genuine to myself as a person. I may have been born male, but I identity and live my life now as a woman (IE Transgender). I was a drag queen, but to compare (gay male) dragqueens to transwomen is ludicrous because they do it for art or money or fun. They wear stage makeup and perform. I live as the girl I am. Sometimes Im basic as hell in leggings and a tank and other times Im #flawless out for a fun night out with the girls. My body chemistry and hormones are the same of genetic females now, my body is quite different now than from when I was a gay boy drag queen (Living for my growing boobies, booty and hips ;)
