Ive been looking at the Anomaly and trend maps from the GISS and noticed that they have an Area centred on central NSW has having the greatest trend. When you look at the GISS data you find just two current stations. You can see that the GISS is roughly in agreement with the BOM but where is it getting the data from? The Area shown by the GISS as comprising South Eastern Australia and Central NSW in-particular comprises of just 4 current stations. The station data at the GISS is a disgrace, a mess. If this is the best they can do they should be relieved of the job of providing temperature data that people rely upon to make trillion dollar decisions!
