Ive been making digital transfers of 78rpm records that Lindas grandfather, Daniel Eliseian, purchased in the 1920s. They are all Armenian, some quite obscure. This one tune, Enzely Dance, is one of my favorites. Enzely is a traditional Armenian folk tune, and variations of this melody can be found in abundance. But as for this particular version/recording, I have found not a single trace, let alone a matching audio file version. So it is wonderful to be uploading artifacts that contribute to the overall preservation of a cultural history, especially something that is so catchy!
