Ive been meaning to say this for a while but now seems more relevant than ever. As promoters on the Caribbean music scene we are being dealt a very rough hand by venues all over London with unrealistic bar spend requests or poor PA equipment and service at the club or just cancelling our events. It takes time money and effort to do events and whilst we enjoy doing them (and this is my personal opinion) I think many venues are mugging us off. RDR - Red Eye - Bank Holiday Sunday is now at Protocol and is not a foam fete. PLEASE GET YOUR TICKETS IN ADVANCE ..... IT WILL SELL OUT AS THE CAPACITY IS SMALLER THAN RED EYE IS USED TO. CPL - CARIBBEAN BEACH BBQ ALL DAYER POSTPONED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE Neither of these changes are due to the promoters and they are just a couple of examples of what I am talking about.
