Ive been needed to share something...We ARE pregnant again! YAHOO! Ive been M.I.A and needing to share for awhile now. Ive started my Vi shakes at week 7, and for the first few weeks I only wanted bread, crackers and ramen. NOW at WEEK 16, its protein shakes for breakfast, sandwiches and lean low carb dinners. Ive gained 4 lbs and am in shock, this time with Vi, its going 100 times better. I havent been worried about gaining another 40+ lbs with baby #2, and I think Im looking at maybe a good 15-20 lbs this time, which seems unreal. My workouts consist of 3 days a week for 1 hour with Fit4Mom/Stroller Strides and Im not overdoing it with my running like I did last pregnancy. P.S. Having my girl made me eat sugar like CRAZY and then Id run 3 miles to burn it off, that was exhausting and stupid!! So far, so good, Im having a BOY! Ill keep you all updated. This is going to be a fun pregnancy!! I could maybe do this again....so far.
