Ive been nominated by Jason Thatcher to do a track a day thing. Couldnt work out the way to do it properly before getting bored so here in a 1973 live version of Midnight Rambler by the Stones. Mick Taylors leads are great and the band is the very definition of RocknRoll. I first heard it in the summer of 82 when I was summoned to a house in Royston by a rather attractive and extremely motivated young lady and persuaded to lose my virginity, which I lost three times that day!! I was so nervous that I popped into Tracks, the local record shop and bought a Stones compilation which helped greatly with the copulation later that day. I remember this track playing, weaving through the different moods and time changes and somehow it fitted the moment, and in my case it was a moment, if that.
