Ive been nominated by both Nick Galinski and Jimmy McGrattan to take the Ice Bucket Challenge... Nick did it when it was just the Cold Water Challenge and you donate to a charity of your choice, and Jimmy just yesterday as it is now focusing on raising money for ALS Research. Gentlemen, I accept your challenge and will be donating to rock CAN roll (an organization that collects funds and canned food at music events to help local food pantries) and an ALS charity as well. In addition to taking the challenge, I nominate Travis McKeveny, Dave March, and the harmonizing musical trio Pandafan - (Joe, Delaney, and Grace... You guys can figure out how wanna divvy up the duties) You have 24 hours to complete the challenge and upon completion it is asked you donate $10 to ALS research. If you dont do the challenge, it is suggested you donate $100 to ALS research. While I originally wasnt going to participate in this, I decided if it helps to get people to consider donating to worthy causes regardless of how silly and fad-like the Ice Challenge is, its worth my time. Even if you dont want to chill out and participate in the challenge, consider donating to a worthy charity or cause however you can. #IceBucketChallenge #StrikeoutALS
