Ive been nominated by the lovely Cathryn Cornish to post three points of positivity a day for five days. Thanks Cathryn, Im looking forward to this. 1. Im so grateful to have been given four kids. Having children is a privelege not all are given. At the time the twins were born and I was still confined to a hospital bed, a cleaning lady said to me Four girls? You are a rich woman. I thanked her because I totally felt rich. 2. Im grateful to have been given twins and managed to keep my sanity (it was touch and go there for a while). Two babies at once!! Lifes greatest gift given to me in a double dose. Ive had so much, umm, character building since the twins. 3. Im endlessly grateful to Jadas first heart surgeon, who performed surgery on her at 6 weeks weighing 4.16kg. She was so tiny, and her pulmonary arteries so diminutive. This amazingly skilled surgeon confidently stitched a tiny artificial shunt to these arteries giving her a real chance at life. Without this operation she couldnt have survived, and not all cardiologists were confident it could be done. Enough said. I nominate Toni Hoffensetz, Peter Stewart, Kristin Binch to post three positive things a day for five days.
