Ive been on an all veggie, low carb (under 150 grams), no sugar diet for a little less than a week now. I feel worse and have less energy then ever before. Im even juicing. Only good thing to come from this is that Ive lost 5lbs : ) lol I do wonder why such a healthy diet is making me feel so crappy. I used to juice (few yrs back) and it made me feel really good. But, for some reason this week of juicing and dieting has been terrible on my body. Anybody have any suggestions on good diets that may help instead of the one Im currently trying? Thanks : ))
