Ive been ordained and have sit on many an ordination councils in the past, but tonight, I believe, the ordination council for Rev. Anna T. Jones, was how it really should work. It should not be an exorcism or a trap. We did it in the style of a dialogue between the candidate and the catechizers. It was open to the public and it was an educational experience for them as well. Im very grateful for the team from the Central District, led by Vice Moderator Corrie Shull; for Pastor David Wallace and Ministers Joy Harris-Edwards and G. Gerrad Edwards who were present. We had a free flowing discussion and it was something to behold. Im godly proud of Rev. Jones and the public ordination is Sunday at 5 p.m.
