Ive been paleo for over a year now, and for me the best way to stay on track is to keep a few staples in the fridge so I can assemble easy meals when Im about to get hangry 😉 • Lettuce for wraps (I like butter the best but iceberg and red leaf works too) • 2 Minute Mayo seriouseats/2011/10/the-food-lab-homemade-mayo-in-2-minutes-or-le.html • Precooked Chicken Heres a typical lunch for me. Lots of variations but today was chicken salad wraps (chopped onion, avocado, greek olives, chicken, mayo, and salt and pepper) ☺️
