Ive been playing Castlevania: LOS - Mirror of Fate on 3DS. Its okay--definitely more on the exploratory side game-play wise, and has some fun puzzles. While it may not necessarily feel like a classic Castlevania/Metroidvania game (the fight mechanics take getting used to), the game Im playing certainly DOESNT merit the skewering review IGN gave it. With compelling cut-scenes, nicely stylized artwork and a great (if repetitive) score its worth playing. I think that reviewer was getting over a break-up or something. Have you played it?
