Ive been posting about this (700+ troops from Ft.Campbell being sent to Liberia to build hospitals and provide support for Ebola) and the Dallas Ebola patient all day...I went to high school and college in Clarksville, Tn. Ft. Campbell is mostly in Clarksville... My brain just cannot fathom or understand this crap. There are protocols for this...and adding more fuel to the fire is not part of them...quarantine, isolate, confine, contain, restrict all flight from the area, burn everything, secure the perimeters by any means necessary, and those who go in to provide support remain there until the end. We dont go into build hospitals that are not doing any good. You quarantine and let it burn itself out. You do not remove anything from the contaminated area or hot zone...there is no cure but containment, quarantine, and good personal hygiene practices. With these things in place we only need to rely on time and distance to solve the problem.
