Ive been practicing not saying, Im sorry. (because there are no mistakes in a divinely ordered Universe). Ive been doing this for a few weeks now... Its definitely WAY harder than it sounds... but Im starting to notice the power in it. It also feels much more self-nurturing to me to not be constantly apologizing for my actions. For example, if I accidentally bump into someone, instead of Im sorry I can say, Hi, Im Amy. I guess we were meant to meet today. Whats your name? As Dr. John Demartini explains it in The Breakthrough Experience: Anything you apologize for or forgive, youre judging as not being a part of divine order, and youll keep experiencing it until you understand how its exactly that. Anything you feel guilty about, you repeat; and anything you forgive, you keep attracting into your life. Forgiveness is a self-righteous illusion that makes someone bad or wrong and then presumes to judge and pardon. Apology is judging yourself, and both are guaranteed to perpetuate whatever you judge. The only thing that transcends this dynamic is love. I really like this interpretation… it serves me, so Im choosing to take it on. You may not, and thats fine… Im just curious how it makes you feel when you read it? What are your thoughts? To me, it always comes down to the same thing... The answer to everything is LOVE. :) xo
