Ive been prepping for Novahlees PPT with the school psychologist for placement next year. One of the S.P. Teachers asked me when Nove last saw a neurologist. I told her she was five (almost four years ago). Then she continued with saying how much shes progressed, how well she gets along in school not to mention at home. Such big changes. She said she believes Novahlee should be scheduled for another evaluation with a neurologist; that were dealing with a whole new kid here :) It meant so much to hear her say that. Not that any diagnosis will change how I feel about her; shes my Novster and I love her so unconditionally. And I see her as any parent sees their child. But it goes to show how love, patience, hard work and a healthy environment sure do pay off :)
