Ive been reading about distilled water to find out if it was safe. Id heard conflicting stories if we should drink or not to drink. From what Ive read in most part it seems like it is good although some articles say it is bad and even dangerous. My concern is what about the plastic bottles it is sold in, we are always hearing plastic is not good and I read water draws in everything it touches. How safe is it to distill your own water and would it be better to do?
