Ive been reading all these negative hating comments about Golovkin all morning and it makes me wanna slap people . This guy is putting asses in seats and doing huge rating because he delivers the goods each and every time out . This guy is creating a huge buzz and getting casual fans that rarely watch boxing interested and watching his fights . He is nothing but good for the sport of boxing but you have so called boxing fans that are nothin but negative pricks spreading hate and talking this guy down . News flash .... Your not real boxing fans , these clowns are usually fans of one or two particular fighters ( usually a Mayweather or Cotto) and everyone else sucks . Golovkin is the most avoided man in boxing , he has already beat a couple of very good fighters in Daniel Geale and Macklin . Prior to fighting GGG , Geale had all of two split decision losses in a thirty plus fight pro career that included a world title, the man was never convincevely beaten and Golovkin knocked him out in 3 . Macklin is as tough and durable a pro as there is and should be a former world champion but was robbed in Germany against Felix Strum , he also gave a prime Sergio Martinez all he could handle . Golovkin crushed him in three . Didnt a ton of people pick Curtis Stevens to knock Golovkin out as he was the biggest and most explosive puncher in the division ? We saw how that went but people still wanna downgrade this guy and claim he is ducking Andre Ward . First off Ward has all kinds of contract problems and is irrelevant in the grand scheme of the boxing landscape right now . Second off you cant duck a man WHO ISNT EVEN IN YOUR WEIGHT CLASS ! Third off Ward cleaned out super middle how many years ago? Instead of trolling around 168 and calling out a guy not even in his division why not do the most natural next move and go to 175 were all the big fights are with the likes of Kovolev , Stevenson , Hopkins and Pascal ????? Golovkin is the real deal and being ducked by the entire middleweight division, he can only fight the guys willing to fight him and handle business as impressive as possible and thats just what he has done and then some . He is going to be around for a long time and eventually once Ward gets his career on track that fight will happen but in the mean time GGG will clean out HIS OWN DIVISION as he has been doing . Hopefully after Cotto and Alvarez get it on the winner will fight Golovkin because those two duck no one but while that happens Golovkin has to keep playing the waiting game while impressing with each outing while gaining popularity and with 18 straight Knockouts that is exactly what he is doing . Quit being negative about the things that are good for the sport or go watch MMA and STFU !!!
