Ive been reading that gluten- sensitivity may be related to certain carbohydrates rather than wheat itself. When you consider how many crops are grown in and around roundup (which contains glyphosates), that may well explain the increasing sensitivities. All the more reason to know your food and discriminate. Its no surprize that our expenditures on medical care have been raising at an inverse rate to our expenditures on food. We are better served reversing that. Let food by thy medicine: eat healthy food and dont get sick. Remove big Pharma and agribusiness from the loop.
