Ive been rotationally grazing the cattle for 3 months now. Roughly 2 weeks per 2-4 acre section. I make them take it pretty far down, then theyre removed and the grazed section left to rest for 6 months. On September 7, when this first pic was shot, the different strips are clearly delineated. Today, only 3 weeks later, given the recent rains, there is no difference between any of them in terms of density, color, or height. Meanwhile the ladies are off to another section.
