Ive been sad today since I heard about the death of DJ Rashad. Some of you might not be familiar with him but he was and is so important to Chicago and to dance music at large. His music has always been a big influence to me and I guarantee to a lot of your favorite producers & DJs as well. I never knew him well but such a legend and an innovator needs to be remembered. In the past few years he had just started to break through a lot of barriers and spread his sound to the world. I hope we can continue share his music between us and keep his memory alive.
