Ive been saying this for years, Fat doesnt make you fat. Sugar makes you fat, and trans fat is essentially processed fat, and anything processed is essentially a sugar preserved item. So avoid anything with a high sugar content NOT a high carbohydrate content and anything with a high saturated fat content, NOT a high fat content. If its white, dont eat it, if it came in a can, bottle or from a fastfood joint, dont eat it. Just about anything else is ok https://youtube/watch?v=x7FdX8axljg
